This book did not live up to my expectations. I was hoping for fun ideas (like tree mobiles and replacements for television) and it produced many fairly general notions, most of which weren’t terribly new to me, and a couple of which I disagreed with. I also found the punch lines at the end of each section rather annoying. It’s good potty reading because the chapters are short, but I’ve found many parenting book which I enjoyed more.
